Together with the Museum Kunst der Westküste, the coffee roastery de koffiemann from Lilienthal has created three special coffee blends – as gifts for good friends or to enjoy yourself.

The organic espresso consists of 75% Arabica and 25% Robusta beans grown in Honduras and India. The secret to the finest espresso enjoyment: the traditional long roasting process of approx. 20 minutes allows all the nuances of the coffee aroma to unfold perfectly. The espresso was created in collaboration with the Café Orgánico Marcela (COSMA) cooperative, located in western Honduras. There, COSMA brings together smaller coffee farmers, enabling them to obtain fair prices for their products. Organic cultivation contributes to improving coffee quality and regenerating soil fertility.
